This is exactly why my gf has her own all clad, le creuset, and knives. Its jarring to watch how she manages to frick up cookware that’s literally made for professional kitchen abuse.
I have a Smithey 10” cast iron, people can circlejerk all they want but, for eggs, even high end, well seasoned cast iron is more finicky than a lightweight, well made non stick. Especially when you’re just trying to make something in 5 min in the morning.

Actually nothing. I got a new pan a couple of weeks ago that I specifically use for eggs and legit nothing sticks to it.
I use All-Clad for everything else bc Im wary of using any non-stick coated cookware above ~300f.
