Hello fellow corpos :marseywave2:

I've decided to start packing my own lunch lately at my corpo job. The places nearby are definitely decent but not so good to shell out my :marseycoin: for it everytime. (There's a very nice sandwich bar around the corner that does amazing braised beef rolls :marseyembrace: )

I usually get home pretty late so I've not had the elaborate lunches, some chicken wraps, chilli bowls, soups, sandwiches etc..

Lately I've been making bougie couscous tossed in za'tar, adobo, lemon zest, veg and chicken :marseyagree:

Right now however I've been charcuteriemaxxing by having a platter of crackers, cheese and dip to chill out in the break lounge :marseyantiwork:

I just had herb baked crackers, emmental cheese and spiced beetroot hummus topped with olive relish :marseylickinglips:

It's nice how satiated the cheese and hummus leave me :marseychonker2: :marsey:

I meal prep for a friend so I sent her home this week with a sourdough (2nd one I've ever baked, so happy I made a starter), some hummus, bruschetta, and pesto to go on the bread, chicken fattoush (pitas + dressing separate so they don't get soggy) and some dates and grapes for sides as lunch

I don't eat lunch since I do OMAD :marseycry:

:marseyclapping: keep that starter going. Homemade bread is much cheaper than always going to the store.
