There are cheap but really nice ceramic pans on the market now that supposedly have the nonstick properties of the type of pan in the video, but you can use metal cowtools and get them hot and it won't frick everything up like it does with teflon. My mom randomly bought me one a couple weeks ago and I haven't tried it yet, but it looks promising.
