I can do sunny side up medium yolk with a nice little film over the yolk (cooking breakfast food is the extent of my cooking hehe like when I'm entrusted to make my own dinner its eggs sausage and toast all the way which is fine by me as a nice southern American breakfast is top tier) !dixie
There are cheap but really nice ceramic pans on the market now that supposedly have the nonstick properties of the type of pan in the video, but you can use metal cowtools and get them hot and it won't frick everything up like it does with teflon. My mom randomly bought me one a couple weeks ago and I haven't tried it yet, but it looks promising.

I remember eating scrambled eggs as a kid and loving it, but something changed and I can't stand eggs anymore. It's really a bizarre experience to remember enjoying something that you hate.
I mainly have them scrambled or fried over-easy. I love them poached, but can never manage to do it at home. They always end up looking like aborted foetuses.
There's some tricks you can try when poaching to get them to look prettier (might even help them cook better too):
1. Crack the egg into a ladel, then lower the ladel into the boiling water for 5 or 10 seconds so the egg starts cooking before you empty it into the pot.
2. Use whatever you dumped the egg into the pot with to try to fold the runaway whites into the egg mass for the first 30 seconds it's cooking.
Option 1 always helps. Option 2 might or might not help, but it will never make anything worse.
I also add a tbsp of vinegar to the boiling water because the internet says it helps, but I feel like this is more of a superstition than something that actually accomplishes anything.
It looks like an alternative to poaching. But you can cook lots of things sous vide - especially meat cuts. Basically, it involves wrapping the food item in plastic wrap (or dedicated bags for larger items) and cooking them for longer at a lower heat.
I'm honestly not a fan of eggs. Don't know why. I don't mind them in a salad (boiled) or added to a pan/oven dish (so probably most likely scrambled). It's also not like they taste bad, but they also don't taste good to me. Just completely neutral.
If I had to chose then probably boiled egg with mustard.
I voted scrambled, fried, omelette, and deviled since it was multi choice.
But the best way to cook an egg is fried over easy. where its got that nice pink on top the yolk but still runny, with salt and a lot of pepper. with Tapatio on the side to dip in and maybe a piece of toast to sop up all the hot sauce and yolk. shit is bomb

No, I've never tried that. I have a sous vide machine, so I'll give it a try.

I have a sous vide, I meant. I've just never heard of a sous vide egg as its own thing. I've seen poached eggs in a sous vide as well.
