What's sous vide egg? I have one but never done that. I have seen the sous vide egg bite recipes. I like all egg tbh

It looks like an alternative to poaching. But you can cook lots of things sous vide - especially meat cuts. Basically, it involves wrapping the food item in plastic wrap (or dedicated bags for larger items) and cooking them for longer at a lower heat.

I have a sous vide, I meant. I've just never heard of a sous vide egg as its own thing. I've seen poached eggs in a sous vide as well.
