To perfectly poach an egg, every time:
use the freshest eggs you have
use a mesh strainer to separate the watery part of the egg whites
dump the eggs in a ramekin or small bowl
ensure that (at least) 4 inches of water will cover the eggs
add 3-4 Tbsp of vinegar to the water (don't worry, it takes a lot of vinegar to impart flavor)
The Business
Bring water to a full boil and turn off stove top
Gently tip and submerge the container holding the eggs
Cover your pot and let sit for 3.5 - 4 minutes for easy or 4 - 4.5 minutes for medium. Any more than that and you should die.
Scoop out the eggs with a slotted spoon and gently tip onto a paper towel lined plate
Dab up some excess water and plate them however you like
If you make these the next day for the r-slur you bedded (), you ( ) can probably hook them
