Yeah, my ordinary cuisine is rice-oriented
so any kind of homemade bread would be hard to fit into the schedule. Probably makes sense if you have tortillas on a daily basis.

I only have a pretty minimal knowledge of their language and culture, but I just do not believe that they each have special rice. People from Jeolla-do and Gyeongsang-do just hate each other that much.
My dad's favorite rice is what his Japanese bro got sent to Vietnam. Hard to argue with that.

I agree, Chipotle has been shitty the last couple times i went.
That said the one thing im not able to recreate at home is the tortilla. They use big butt tortillas and they dont break apart all the store bought shit ive found doesnt fold as well

you prob can make them at home but you need a big butt pan to do that. maybe like one of those pancake griddles will work. i think my homemade tortillas were better than chipotle
