Yeah, my ordinary cuisine is rice-oriented :marseychingchong: so any kind of homemade bread would be hard to fit into the schedule. Probably makes sense if you have tortillas on a daily basis.

I only have a pretty minimal knowledge of their language and culture, but I just do not believe that they each have special rice. People from Jeolla-do and Gyeongsang-do just hate each other that much.

My dad's favorite rice is what his Japanese bro got sent to Vietnam. Hard to argue with that.
