I think you need to for the burger ones. They do fricked up things to their eggs though.
While I keep them in a fridge myself, they can be stored outside of it. I have never seen eggs stored in a fridge in a store actually.
Although, keeping them outside in hotter climate and close to the stove like this guy seems suboptimal.
