The oils are not about getting fat, the oils are ab ur endocrine system and cancer and such. I eat the seed oils bc I'm a hypocrite and my bmi is perfect :marseyskinny: but I'll probably die in my 60s from a random cancer

I've read the research articles that seed oil schizos commonly link to, and it's actually hard to come to a conclusion about them, though mostly by virtue of the fact that nutrition research is absolute garbage and anybody with an agenda can easily design a study that gives them the findings they want.

I mostly cook in olive oil because it's tastee :marseyblep3:

but most of my fat comes from animal sources

I even have a big butt slab of frozen bacon grease in my freezer but I rarely cook with that
