sous vide has the advantage of best heat thermal transfer (aside from deep frying), so it makes quick work from these left overs pulled from the deepest part of the freezer. otherwise youd have to pull the leftovers out like a day in advance![:marseytime: :marseytime:](https://i.rdrama.net/e/marseytime.webp)
