Seems like a lot of calories for the amount of protein but I'm not going to get all judgy though, it's just one meal. It looks tasty though.

Carbs is debatable. Like I said, it's one meal and I don't know how much you weigh or what you're trying to do.

If you weightlift then you need carbs, especially if it's a pre-lift meal like this.

What do your macros look like when you cut?

I've only ever done one really strict diet and it was:

Minimum 180 grams of protein

Minimum 80 grams of fat

Maximum 2000 calories

Every other time I've tried to cut weight, I just ate the same but cut out carb heavy foods like rice and cereal etc.
