I'm waiting for my takeout order and their phone keeps ringing non-stop for orders and reservations and they have the most staff I've seen for an eatery that operates under a public housing building (cheap rents)

Even for takeouts there's a nonstop stream of people

I ate at this standing only place in south India recently, small shop maybe space for 20-25 people to stand. We took a lot more time cause we were sampling stuff, sharing one plate among three people but most people there were from nearby offices. The customer set changed nearly every 5 minutes, it was insane how fast they processed things. It was a very cheap place, lunch for 3 people cost us less than 3 USD but the volumes they could sell was something else.
