Beans are lean, high in protein, and pick up the flavor of your other ingredients. You're r-slurred if you don't add them.

Beans barely give you any nutrional value, the reason you shit so much is because it's nearly impossible for your body to properly digert them.
Also, beans overpower the other flavors making for an overall worse experience.

They're high in protein as far as plants go, pretty nutritious in macros, and filling, so No 1, you're r-slurred. Also a great complement to the beef texture-wise.
They're not very flavorful, so again, you're r-slurred. You can do literally anything with chili
3. Season yo food and be creative. It's tomato base, beef, and beans; anything else is your preference

Neighbor don't put any tomatoes near your chili bowl, wth is wrong with you.
Also, no beans have practically zero bio available protein or macros, it all gets lost as your body tries to actually digest them
Yes they're not very flavorful that's the point, it's overpowering but flavorless so it just dampens out the flavor from the rest of the ingredients.
Chili is very specifically meat with onions and spices, anything else and it becomes another dish, but you can still be good with the spices inside that limit.

Staple crops used by thousands of years of civilization has 0 net nutrition. K. You can't even figure out if we're talking energy or macronutrients. Your beans will give you plenty of carbs and plenty of protein compared to most staple crops. You seem r-slurred, which I'm not that surprised about. I swear some of you people shit out taco bell and go "well I guess beans aren't that good for nutrition", guess that makes me a nutritionist
Tomatoes are for simmering and flavor.

Bro doesn't understand the basic concept of bio availability. Beans are literally not good for you, that's why they give you the runs. You have to eat about 10x the amount of beans compared to red meat, and you will most likely get constipated from eating that many beans.
No, tomatoes are not for simmering, you're just making a shitty colognes.

If you think you're getting no protein from beans you're about as advanced as the Starbucks drinkers who think liquid calories don't matter.
