Even innout lifers hate their fries lol. The standard advice is to order them well-done or animal style cuz they're shit normally lol.

Really easy. The cut tends to produce fries that are far, far thinner than "normal" fries, and are therefore more sensitive to cook time. Easy to overcook them and wind up with an extremely stiff/crunchy mess.
