Actually remembered that when I visited Brussel a place with every 100 meter a kebab store that the most popular kebab stores were places where mayo's working and one place had vegan or veggie options and the veggie stuff was being stored in same oily place with regular meat and then cooked in same oil that regular meat is cooked
If I had to pick mayo or Turk kebab store I would peak Turk because mayo's were very dirty in Brussel
