Soak rice in salted water for 30 mins.
Slice thin carrots, red onion and chilli.
Slice raw scallion.
1/2 cup pork broth + 1/2 cup water to pot.
Teaspoon of soy sauce + tablespoon of cider vinegar + dash of apple syrup + black pepper + garlic + neutral oil = mix well for a sauce.
Braise spinach in saucepan until wilted.
Cook bacon under broiler.
Serve !
