Seared tuna for dinner

Pretty much used this recipe, held back a bit on the spice amounts - a tad much for my liking.

I was sort of skeptical of using actual seasoning on the tuna directly but I think it turned out great! :marseythumbsup:

I think it was pretty spot on cook wise too, I used a very hot cast iron with peanut oil and grilled 60 seconds each side. First time I thought it would be much worse. :marseylickinglips:

At a restaurant i worked at we used to spread mustard on tuna before searing , the gourmet dijon shit with seeds it was real good

I just got some yellow fin from Whole Foods, I personally like their seafood selection even if the prices are $$ more. :marseymerchant:

You only need to get bad oysters once to not mind paying more :marseysick:
