After years of Big Biscuit pushing super flaky biscuits on the American public, I had a crumbly type biscuit for breakfast this morning. The inside was so tender it made me cry.

agreed - crumbly and buttery and delightfully crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside is superior

there's a little chain near me that does little overpriced biscuit sandwiches, but I just like their biscuits by themselves
