Based choice of beef. If you dont mind starting a megafire, heres my seasoning:

>salt and pepper

>garlic

>olive oil

>sumac

>bit of smoked paprika

>slight bit of chicken bouillon powder that dissolves in the oil as you rub it in

The olive oil drip will flame up your grill but it comes out so good.

Yeah we pretty much follow the same recipe but we put the the sumac + tarjin in the corn to give it that street corn kick.
