I hate that fricking guy so much. Nobody ever uttered the term wok-hei before that dipshit made his irritating youtube videos. I have a Chinese cookbook that's overall pretty good, but it's a Kenji classic and he keeps telling you to try to get some wok-hei on your food by burning the top of it with a blow torch (seriously) and I just roll my eyes every time. I'm not doing that in my kitchen you fricking weirdo.
