Tastes amazing. Just love going down my local Chinese owned, Korean employee sushi joint and getting some takoyaki skewers.

You'd be hard bound to find a genuine Japanese-staffed/owned restaurant, unless you go to one of the bougie ones in the city

There's only one Japanese-owned Japanese restaurant in my entire city. I ate lunch there one time and had the Katsudon. There was so much rice. I ate some of it and left the rest and the lady running the place was like "what, you no like rice?" like she was my mom or something, it was pretty funny but I guess you had to be there.

I found what I thought was impossible a few months ago. A japanese restaurant owned and staffed by Japs.

Fast forward to last week and now Gooks own the place.
