The bun is about as many calories as the hot dog and a bunless dog is like 95% as good. I'd much rather have a second or third with no bun but different toppings on each
Ur dead wrong. A bunless dog? Where are the toppings contained? I ate a bunless dog when I was an extremely picky eater as a kid. A hot dog requires a bun... would you eat a burger without the bun? There is a reason these things buns and meats are paired together its perfection
True enlightenment is realizing that the bun is a crutch, only distracting from high quality meat. There are truly exceptional buns that do add to the meal, but they are few and far between
you won't ever gaslamp me into believing this.... only goofballs like my dad and also MICHAEL SCOTT (FROM THE OFFICE) do this thing where they remove the bun to save carb calories.... as if you are healthier shoving all that fat greasy meat down ur gullet because you didn't eat bread with it..
You can eat more meat or add bacon for the same number of calories if you omit the bun. It changes the eating experience and obviously only works if you're eating at a table but it is better overall

If you're worried about carbs ditch the sides and the bun and have 1.5 or 2 extra hot dogs
