Edit: just tried this hotsauce, here's my thoughts.
Good pepper flavor, excellent packaging (easy to pour, easy to open), cheap, I appreciate that it is low calorie (why do some brands add sugar?), however it's too vinegary. I'd definitely have this again, but I'd probably use it in marinades or sauces, not on stuff directly.
Yeah it's gaining in popularity I guess. I used to have to go to a specific store to get it, but the other day I found it at whole foods, and once something is there, it's probably everywhere in the whole country.
Nah you're nuts. Sriracha is great, you should try it again. It just isn't all that universal. It only tastes good with certain stuff. It's not like Frank's or Cholula or any of those where it's good on literally everything.

You can't pick just one. I'll narrow it down to 3.
1. General purpose all time classic: mild edition: Frank's. It isn't spicy, but it tastes good.
2. Putting it on tacos and you want it more saucy: Valentina
3. Drenching chicken wings in it: Nando's

Nando's sells sauce? That's pretty cool, didn't know that. I'll check it out, thanks!

Reddit got really into Sriracha awhile back. And then soon after every chain had Sriracha items for a couple of years.
It's ok but it overpowers everything.

Major downgrade in heat. Tabasco tastes like a barrel though so I just use it for cooking.
Try El Yucateco
