I guess I could've of thickened it up more. :marseyshrug: I was more worried about scrambling the yolks, it tasted great minus a tad bit too much salt.

Try this approach next time. Comes out perfect and you don't need to worry about scrambling the eggs. I think you want to use 2 yolks even though they call for one in the recipe though.
