I went to south of Cleveland today to pick up a server rack for my new house.
Being in Ohio I had to stop for some Cincinnati chili.
Cincinnati chili is a cumin based meat sauce with Greek roots, not to be confused with Chili con Carne.

The fact that they never seem to melt the cheese on Cincinatti chili just makes it look unappetizing to me. What's up with that? Wouldn't the residual heat from the chili do that even if they're too lazy to pop it in the oven for a few minutes?
