This chili is 80/20 beef ground with onions, fennels, carrots, kidney beans with crushed tomatoes and smoked peppers topped off with fresh grated cheddar and pickled peppers :marsey:

PROTIP get some beef bones amd simmer the chili with them for some mouth feel and flavour

That is tragic. :( You can try a dose of psyllium husk beforehand to pad the spiciness, it takes away most of the angriness. It works for me before I eat something really nuclear.

Good tip, I've never a fricking huge spicy guy but I could at least handle the fricking occasional chick fil a fricking spicy sandwich. Having zero tolerance has been...interesting.
