I need help. I ordered 2 full chickens worth of food. How do I eat through it.

There is this fast food chain called nandos. They had a buy one get one free offer. So I got myself the full nando's chicken and one extra free. I live alone and I already feel full before I am finished with the first chicken. I don't have a fridge and I need to be able to finish all the chicken. Is there any technique like doing something that makes me more hungry fast or a resting method where I can finish it all with 10 minute breaks or something like that?

Btw chicken skewers from Nando's are decent, the full chicken the problem is just like every other fast food franchise out there after the initial years their food quality went down, and right now no flavor exists within the chicken itself beyond the skin. I remember a time when the chicken inside used to have a cheesy texture but now that's gone too. Still better than how fricked the KFC chicken bucket is right now.

I am also sticking to a only keep trying new food if you eat outside rule, and so far chicken soup, chicken keema lasagna from oven story, and oven story pizza (cheese burst) are the best items I have found so far.

Wendy's burger is also good but as others have already pointed out before on this hole, wendy's is amazing sometimes, and decent other times. I would still consider wendy's in the top 10% of burger places.

In India there is this other franchise called Burger Singh, I recommend their burgers, go for the 2 chicken snackers combo. Those are good, small, and filling.

Overall my system is adjusting to trying out a diversity of food and am starting to more and more rely on fruits and vegetables. They just are more dependable by the end of the day and can taste filling at least if not the best flavor wise. Even sugar intake has fallen to normal person levels ( not fat ).

Life improves. Let me know if you have a solution for my problem. Thanks in advance.
