So I'm getting a new 4ft smoker that will be ready by Thanksgiving. It's one of those models that can be converted into a grill as well, though obviously not both at once.
I've already decided on a brisket, but that'll only use about half the space. Anyone got ideas for other stuff to smoke with the brisket?

I add something like that to the salad usually, I do it for NYE not Thanksgiving tho. More spices and less honey too
