So I'm getting a new 4ft smoker that will be ready by Thanksgiving. It's one of those models that can be converted into a grill as well, though obviously not both at once.
I've already decided on a brisket, but that'll only use about half the space. Anyone got ideas for other stuff to smoke with the brisket?

I wouldn't smoke any other meat with a brisket but you can always do some jalapeño poppers pretty easily.
I sometimes do a simple smoked corn salad that's pretty good too. It's just smoked corn, onions, jalapeño, tomatoes, cilantro, a little bit of mayo, and a shit ton of lime juice.
