So I'm getting a new 4ft smoker that will be ready by Thanksgiving. It's one of those models that can be converted into a grill as well, though obviously not both at once.
I've already decided on a brisket, but that'll only use about half the space. Anyone got ideas for other stuff to smoke with the brisket?

Maybe try smoking things like corn or jalapenos (maybe stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon) or green beans on the side, as to complement the brisket when it's complete?
