Great design. Bird anthros can be tough to pull off but I love when they work well.

The best anthro bird designs are when they have both talon-hands and angel style wings, imo. I know that technically means they have six limbs, but wing-arms just seem impractical and talon-hands without wings would make them a feathered raptor instead.

yeah, I've pretty much settled on that conclusion also. the six limbs thing is awkward but something has to give. with the right artist any of the choices can work tho imo.
