I can breathe! (thanks to this)

Winter time, great time for family, horrid time for nose breathing. All the cold makes the nose runny and for me allergies are still acting up

But recently I've heard of "nose irrigation", an type of thing where you run water through the nose to forcefully clear out mucus. FDA approved products like Neti pots achieve this and recently I got one, or moreso the better version being Arm and Hammer Simply Saline sprays.

$12 bucks for a pack of three and I used it, now I can finally breath proper in the winter through the nose without constant difficulty from by inferior mayo allergy genes

tip: don't use tap water, use saline water or just buy these sprays. You can get nose infections if the water isn't pure / treated.

Anyway I recommend for other moids who don't want to wipe the nose a bunch.
