A new year is here, and I thought it would be neat to trade skincare routines/products and discuss them. Perhaps we can get some good recommendations from each other!
For mine:
Current Daily cocktail:
COSRX Snail 92 All-in-one cream
Tretinoin 0.025% cream
Melazepam (Azelaic acid)
Galactomyces essence
Moisturize throughout the day with Hada Labo gokujyun hydrating lotion
I try to do a chemical peel at least one a week, try do have IPL treatments every 4-6 months.
Anyone else have some GOAT products or regimens that they wanna share?

exercising stresses your body and causes inflammation. your body's reaction to that stress/inflammation is what improves your health, your appearance, etc.
if you're a slob it's completely normal to look noticeably worse after exercise than before. and your skin will break out if there's already some nasty shit in it that was waiting to break out at the first sign of inflammation. after a few weeks of regular exercise (and getting enough sleep, eating reasonably healthy nothing crazy) this will disappear.

there were a few years I didn't get any physical exercise during january-march, then in april after the first long bike ride or football match I'd get home and look like absolute shit... not this year though, forcing myself to the gym twice a week and going skiing.
