Every single album outsold Goblin. He still has a pretty solid fanbase probably because he changes up his sound a lot. His last album debuted at #1 in the US. Last I heard his festival still gets huge acts and sells out right away. He's just not the hot new thing anymore and nearly all of his friends fell off. Earl's making scaring the hoes tier music, Frank Ocean apparently hates fame, Syd's band broke up, and none of the other guys were really ever all that famous anyway.

It certainly would only flatter a small range of body types, but I agree that another person could probably pull it off.
