Does she think the bed head hair is a good look? Also if you have zero tits and shirt that dips down to your fricking belly button is an awful look

Which brings my next point, why are gay guys so much more fashionable than lesbians? You would think lesbians would have fashion styles on point but they're objectively worse than gay guys

It's cause effeminate gay men often spend a lot of time socializing with women and have a solid grasp of trends. When you combine that with the moid propensity for obsessiveness you get moids dictating foid fashion, hair, and makeup.

Cis-lesbians are often too butch to care about conforming to fashion trends that closely and trans-lesbians are often too undersocialized to understand fashion well.

This title is FACTS 😭🙏🏼 "passing" is arbitrary, subjective— and like you said— oppressive. Be you. Cause you're gorgeous.

Thank you! The term is rooted in racism, being able to "pass" as white well enough and long enough to escape persecution. It applies exactly the same to trans people in my mind: it's not a prize, more of a terror driven goal some of us strive for in the hopes we can have a safe life.

We deserve to feel safe enough to set transition and fashion goals that are from the heart rather than to appease a patriarchal gaze.

Girrlll prreeeaaacchhh 🙏🏼😭 you are preachin to the choir. Take it from a mixed race person whose identity is constantly, constantly being erased one way or another. A lot of POC have complex, conflicting feelings about "passing" as white and to use that same term to be the "goal" for trans people is upsetting.

I mean I'm not perfect and our cisheteronormative society often makes me feel like "passing" is THE goal to have (both as a POC and a trans person), but I have to remind myself how messed up that is. It's ok to just be.

Unironically not a bad sentiment I'd argue. It's better than insisting that dysphoria is suicide inducing and that the only way to cure it is by putting yourself through surgery/hormones when gender itself is supposed to be separate from s*x.

The only problem is that it pretends that gender isn't a social phenomenon, which it absolutely is. "Passing" is whatever other people determine it to be, just like gender. Everyone, cis or trans, works to meet the social requirements of their gender to some extent.
