Redditor shows up underdressed for an interview at McDonald's

I got hired on the spot at my last job, where I went for the interview in a suit and tie ... and the tie was (happy coincidence!) the company's official colour.

A few years later the boss was going to hire another employee and I saw a guy show up in a polo shirt and shorts to the interview. Boss told me later, his C.V. went straight into the trash because he was wearing street clothes to the interview.

This is a parenting issue. Teach your sons to dress properly for interviews, men.
