I have taken a plea deal of 10 years probation which from what I gather the first year is heck and then after that things start to look up. 10 years for csam, one photo, one singular picture was downloaded in file off of groomercord from a scam.

This photo I downloaded I obviously did not know the poor victims involved, but the photo had names, ages and different sexual words attached to it inside the main file. The image depicted multiple children of all ages committing "acts". The multiple ages was named on the photo itself not the folder but the image, which included multiple ages had the ages listed under it which under sora in nys counts against me. My attorney told me today even though the image was deleted and reported they can still prove possession no matter how long you had possession of it.

The police investigators said it was a scam, the DA said it was scam, my own lawyers said it was a scam one freaking photo. Happened a little more then a year ago, it was downloaded off of groomercord.

Once downloaded I opened it released this is crazy deleted it and reported the server to groomercord because I couldn't not find the original link, and reported the media file link to Google. Thought that was all I had to do.

According to two lawyers the one I paid to talk to and my public defender all they need to do is show you had it on your device, even if you didn't open it they can run checks on your hard drive to see it deleted and that's cause for possession. No mal intent is needed for cause of possession, because I did download it and it was opened even if for a seconds.

Turns out my Google drive was set to save all my downloaded files so I wouldn't lose things I had previously downloaded. Automatically backing up to Google drive it was reported and thus began heck.

Woke up and saw my entire Google account was suspended because of child endangerment. Made my case to Google twice they didn't have any of it. Thought that when it was reported ncmac or whatever it's called would see that happened. They didn't seem to care.

I begged my public defender to work out where I wouldn't have to go to prison. She heard back from the da later that day and said 10 years probation 20 years registered. She said I had to respond that day with an answer or the DA would push for federal prison. She told me, my only option would be this plea.

I've pleaded my innocence and it seems people were hearing me, but no one in the court was listening. My public defender doesn't even listen to me.

I would never hurt a child, take a child's innocence, I would never want to watch children in that way. I saw that photo and immediately deleted and reported it. Even during the interview with the probation office they pulled and could see it all, even with all of that I'm not going to be labeled a monster.

Thank God I have family, friends and even past co workers who I've talked to about this and they couldn't believe. These are people who I have baby sat for, I've watched their kids over night. I even watched my little cousin for a week while his parents were out. Nothing happened, I had a greater career starting at the hospital and I won't be able to go back.

A prominent French LGBT activist has been arrested and charged with subjecting a severely developmentally disabled toddler to horrific sexual and physical abuse. Pierre-Alain Cottineau, 32, was arrested on September 23 after landing at Nantes Airport upon return from a vacation in Tunisia.

Cottineau was well-known within his region of Loire-Atlantique for his political activism, which included advocacy for the LGBT community, youth, and minority populations. In 2021, he stood for departmental elections under the banner of La France Insoumise (LFI), a left-wing political party that has a hard-line "zero-tolerance" policy on "sexist, racist, anti-Semitic or LGBTIphobic remarks or behavior" amongst its members.

In 2018, Cottineau was elected the president of The Rainbow Shelter (Le Refuge Arc-en-ciel), and hosted the community's first-ever "forum" to combat homophobia and transphobia.

Cottineau, a professional caregiver and family aide, co-founded multiple activist organizations, including the Oudon Solidarity and Mutual Aid Collective, as well as the LGBTQI+ Association of Ancenis (EsAc). Since 2022, he has also contributed to the organization of the annual pride parade in Ancenis-Saint-Géréon.

During an interview with FranceBleu, Cottineau identified himself as a member of the LGBT community, stating: "We suffer from invisibility. This walk is there to make people understand that LGBTQI+ people also exist in the [French] countryside."

Disturbingly, Cottineau's respected history working with "vulnerable populations" may have contributed to his ability to be approved as a foster father, facilitating his abuse of a disabled toddler.

Cottineau obtained approval from Child Welfare services to become a foster parent on December, 1, 2023, specifically requesting children under the age of 6. He was rapidly matched with a developmentally disabled 4-year-old girl on December 7, 2023, who was then placed directly in his home.

According to Ouest-France, the Council claims that Cottineau's criminal record had been "double-checked" and that the "approval procedure, recruitment, and regular monitoring … had not revealed any warning signs."

On September 13, 2024, the Office of Minors, a newly-created division within the French National Police dedicated to combating violence against children, became aware of particularly graphic child sexual abuse videos being circulated through Telegram. Investigators were alerted by authorities in a bordering nation, who suspected the young victim in the video was a French national.

Immediately, investigators got to work to identify the child's location using the few details they were able to ascertain from the video. The key element: a medical bed that was seen in the video. Within a week, investigators were able to locate the child by tracing the distribution channel of the exact model of the bed.

Arriving at Cottineau's home, police learned he had gone on vacation to Tunisia after hospitalizing the child.

On September 23, Cottineau was arrested at the airport after arriving on his flight from Tunisia. Upon police interrogation, he admitted to sexually and physically abusing the toddler, and distributing videos through p-dophile networks in France.

While in custody, Cottineau professed to being a p-dophile. He has since been indicted for r*pe, torture, and barbarism.

Investigators are currently working to determine if there are additional victims, and Cottineau will remain in custody awaiting a hearing. He is facing life imprisonment if convicted.

Germany's parliament will be reviewing proposed amendments submitted by a pro-p-dophile group tomorrow, sparking concerns from child safeguarding advocates. Krumme-13, a lobby group which advocates for lowering the age of consent and legalizing child pornography, is seeking to add language to the constitution which would establish "pedosexuality" as a protected sexual identity.

Dieter Gieseking, the founder of Krumme-13, announced the upcoming vote to his supporters in a post made to the group's website last week.

"K13online calls for a ban on discrimination against gays and lesbians AND p-dophiles in the constitution," reads the statement. "The vote… will be broadcast live on Parliamentary TV."

The post highlights the fact that Krumme-13 intends to continue to pressure the government to normalize pedophilia via the Bundestag's petition process, a strategy that the p-dophile activists have undertaken for several years.

"We are already announcing further petitions on topic-relevant areas. The topic of pedophilia / pedosexuality must constantly be in the political debate. The human rights of this sexual minority are becoming ever more restricted. The political fight for acceptance and recognition will never end. The new generation of p-dophile-loving people is just growing up," he wrote.

Krumme-13 appears to have been emboldened by the success of a previous petition drafted by Gieseking on "children's rights."

Last October, the Bundestag accepted an amendment written by the pro-p-dophile advocate which would alter Article 6, Paragraph 2 of the Basic Law to state that "the child's well-being is paramount".

Correspondences from the German government to pro-p-dophile advocate Dieter Gieseking, informing him that his petition calling for "pedosexuality" to be a protected identity would be reviewed by the Petitions Committee.

However, further elaboration holds that children ought to be treated as "legal subjects" and have a right to have "a say in all matters concerning their spiritual, mental and physical well-being, as well as the right to freely develop their personality."

Gieseking made certain to point out to his followers on his website that the intended implication of the phrase is to create a legal framework for establishing sexuality as a children's right. The phrase "sexual self-determination" is included in Article 2 of the Basic Law under the conditions of the "free development of personality."

In April of this year, Gieseking shared the news that his petition to include the "sexual identity of p-dophiles" as a protected characteristic under the constitution had been approved for discussion by the Petitions Committee.

"The petition service of the German Bundestag announced that the petition 'Sexual Identity in the Basic Law', which also includes the sexual identity of p-dophiles, will be discussed as an individual petition within the committee. There will therefore be a separate recommendation for a resolution. The Petitions Committee has thus complied with the petitioner's request."

Gieseking has repeatedly claimed that his campaigns to have pedophilia protected as a sexual identity are not equivalent to legalizing child sexual abuse. The activists of K13online have been demanding that the "p-dophile [sexual] identity" be "protected from discrimination, criminalization, exclusion and persecution" under Germany's equality laws.

"Pedophilia must also be included in sexual identity. P-dophiles in particular must be fundamentally protected from discrimination in the Basic Law. And this is completely independent of sexual criminal law. The vast majority of the estimated 250,000 p-dophiles do not commit any of these types of crimes. Pedophilia is a separate sexual identity."

Again, in April, the p-dophile advocate stated that the "p-dophile identity in the GG (Basic Law) is not about the legalization of consensual sexuality between children and adults," thereby reiterating his belief that children can consent to sexual activity. "It's about protecting the p-dophile identity from discrimination and thus the recognition and acceptance of p-dophiles as a sexual minority."

Yet his claims contradict other actions and positions advocated for by Krumme-13. In another petition he sent to the government, Gieseking called for the decriminalization of the possession and distribution of child pornography.

"Legalizing clearly self-determined sexuality between older people and those under 14 is the best protection against actual sexual violence against children," Gieseking wrote, while calling for the abolition of Sections 176 [Sexual Abuse of Children] and 188 [Dissemination, Acquisition and Possession of Child Pornographic Content] of the legal code.

Gieseking advocates for a distinction to be made between "sexual consent" and "sexual violence" when it comes to sexual acts between adults and children. As it is his belief that children can consent to s*x with adults, he promotes the view that only the latter should be criminalized.

Gieseking, a 68-year-old former Federal Border Guard official, founded K13 in Trier in 1993 and promoted the group as a "self-help" organization for "pedosexuals." He has been repeatedly charged with the possession of child pornography.

In 1996, Gieseking was sentenced to eighteen months, for which he served one year in prison, on charges related to operating a mail order child pornography service from a van. In 2003, Gieseking again appeared in court accused of possession of child sexual abuse materials obtained between July 1999 and January 2001. The pornography was found on Gieseking's computer after a search of his residence in August 2001. His devices contained a total of 216 image files of naked children, and he was sentenced to eight months in prison.

At the time, Gieseking was also accused of linking to a child pornography page on his website. This link was discovered by jugendschutz.net, an organization set up by the federal government to protect minors online.

In a 2014 interview with Taz Online, Gieseking called for lowering the age of consent to 12 years of age, and said that adult sexual interactions with toddlers would have to be "discussed separately."

"The taboo of pedophilia must finally be broken at all levels of society. If a p-dophile can come out without fear of exclusion or even demonization, then this is the best prevention against child abuse," Gieseking told the outlet.

In accordance with his views on children's ability to consent, Gieseking has publicly endorsed Germany's new gender self-identification law, which takes effect November 1 and allows parents to change the s*x marker on their children's documents from birth. From the age of five years old, it allows for name and s*x changes if there is "mutual consent" between the child and their parents.

"Why is gender identity also politically important for p-dophiles/pedosophists?" Gieseking wrote in a post to K13online. "Gender and sexual identity does not only begin on the 14th birthday, when the so-called protection age limit ends. Children can and want to experience their childhood sexuality self-determined beforehand."

A scheme to compensate members of a defunct religious cult known as the Jesus Army has identified 539 alleged perpetrators of abuse, and revealed about one in six children had been sexually abused.

It is thought some of those accused, including 162 former leaders, may have taken up roles in different churches and Northamptonshire Police is liaising with relevant local authorities to see if any safeguarding action is required.

The Jesus Fellowship Church, which disbanded in 2019 after the BBC revealed allegations of widespread child abuse, recruited thousands of people to live in close-knit, puritanical communities in Northamptonshire, London and the Midlands.

The Jesus Fellowship Community Trust (JFCT), which has been winding up the group's affairs, said it was sorry for "the severely detrimental impact" on people's lives, and hoped the conclusion of the redress scheme would "provide an opportunity to look to the future" for all those affected during a 50-year period.

The findings have been been passed to the police. The trust's final report revealed:

· One in six children were estimated to have been sexually abused

· 601 individuals applied for damages, though the trust recognised the true number of victims was likely to be greater

· A total of £7.7m has been paid directly to applicants of the scheme

· 539 individuals were identified as perpetrators of alleged abuse

· The trust accepted ultimate responsibility for 264 alleged abusers, 61% of them former leaders

A spokesperson for Northamptonshire Police, which has carried out two investigations into the Jesus Army, said it had been "engaging with the redress scheme", however "no new offences had been identified yet".

"Suspects highlighted by the process will be looked into using police systems and appropriate safeguarding action will be taken as a result," the spokesperson added.

To date about 12 former members of the Jesus Fellowship Church have been convicted for indecent assaults and other offences.

Kathleen Hallisey, from Hugh James solicitors, is representing more than 100 survivors and said she was "saddened but unsurprised" so many more potential abusers had been identified.

"What is particularly concerning is that many have never been brought to justice and are walking freely among us.

"Also, safeguarding checks are not foolproof because they don't necessarily mean that suspects can't move into other organisations and perpetrate abuse.

"We don't have mandatory reporting in this country," Ms Hallisey said, "so there's no requirement for anybody to report abuse, and that's scary and sobering."

Phillipa Barnes, 46, grew up in communal houses and as a teenager testified in court against an elder who was the first member of the group to be convicted of sexually assaulting a young person.

She said she was shunned by the leadership and fled the group before eventually founding the Jesus Fellowship Survivors Association.

"It's been a difficult journey with a lot of heartache for many victims who haven't got the justice, recompense or recognition they really deserved.

"They've been dismissed and minimised again, and I wouldn't have set this up if I'd known how we were going to be treated."

Ms Barnes is among hundreds of people who were harmed in childhood, including by being forced to endure an extreme schedule of worship; having toys and games removed, and being separated from their families.

She said she was periodically stalked by a paedophile and sexually abused by her peers. She received a total of £22,000 under the redress scheme.

The Jesus Fellowship was founded in Bugbrooke Chapel, Northamptonshire, in 1969 by the late Baptist preacher, Noel Stanton, who has been accused of numerous sexual assaults on boys.

Members were put to work at Jesus Fellowship businesses, then bused into city centres at weekends to evangelise and encourage others to join the movement.

Stanton delivered regular sermons to community residents, which included exorcisms and speaking in tongues. Members of the congregation were urged to publicly recant their sins.

In the wake of the cult's closure in 2019 the JFCT began liquidating assets including a large property portfolio worth an estimated £50m. Many victims have accused trustees of dragging their feet in settling claims.

Malcolm Johnson, from Lime Solicitors, said many of their clients were "still awaiting the compensation they deserve".

"The trust must do everything in its power to ensure a speedy resolution to these claims, so that no one needs to wait any longer than absolutely necessary," he said.

"In my view, the total payouts could exceed more than £10m, and the sheer scale of the compensation starkly demonstrates the damage done by the Jesus Army over decades."

The trust said the group "repeatedly failed to report abuse to authorities and actively discouraged victims from involving others".

It thanked "all those who shared their voice for their courage in bringing these harmful experiences to light".

The JFCT is planning to make further discretionary payments to former members with any surplus funds once it has been dissolved, however the process has been delayed by a number of potential civil claims.

It is unclear if any former leaders will be included as beneficiaries.

In 2020, five senior leaders known as the Apostles, were found to have covered-up the abuse of women and children following an independent inquiry commissioned by the Jesus Fellowship.

A summary of Vicky Lawson-Brown's 800-page report, which was leaked to the BBC, said the men had colluded with s*x offenders and mishandled complaints.

Klein was forty-three-years-old at the time when he began chatting with a decoy named "Nathasha", whom he thought was a fifteen-year-old black girl. A 60-year-old Marietta man who was captured on the Fortson, Georgia edition of the famous TV show "To Catch a Predator" in 2006 has been arrested again on child-related charges. Paulding County officers arrested James Michael Klein, also known as "Jim", on August 9, 2023, for crimes committed in July and charged him with battery – simple assault and felony false imprisonment (victim is younger than 14).

In his most recent charges, Klein is accused of keeping a seven-year-old child bound to a chair with both wrists held together with duct tape. The child suffered marks and scratches from being restrained. Klein did not have permission from the parents to have the child in his custody.

TCAP YouTuber Skip Tracer says the child in question is his grandchild, and James's daughter was the one who called the police on him, but there is no definite proof of this yet.

Eric Michael Thornton was a predator involved in the Ft. Myers, Florida edition of To Catch A Predator. Thornton is one of the most infamous predators featured on the show, namely due to his admission of having a problem talking to and meeting underage girls, his strange appearance, his odd way of speaking, the obscene amount of alcohol he brought to the sting house, his many hilarious quotes from his chatlog and interview, and his bizarre cat obsessed TikTok activities years after the sting.

Thorton made the decision to drive four hours to meet with the decoy. When Thorton arrived at the sting house, the decoy, who was an eighteen-year-old actress pretending to be a child, greeted him from another room. Thorton presented the numerous alcoholic drinks and condoms he had brought with him. While he ate a cookie, Chris Hansen appeared and questioned him. Thorton claimed he was there to simply "hang out" and thought it was a "good idea" to visit. He admitted to meeting ten-fifteen underage girls he had met online in person and changed his story several times until finally admitting he had a problem. Thorton claimed that he had gone to counseling a lot of times but stopped after five months. He also admitted he planned to spend the night but wouldn't be "too graphic" until they met. When asked what should happen, Thorton said he should be allowed to go home and "learn" from his mistake. Hansen then revealed his identity, making the cameras to come out. Thorton did not run but instead warned other potential child s*x predators not to talk to underage children. He expressed feeling "regretful" and "horrible".

To get on to the main point of this post: on July 20, Eric Thornton died when he veered into oncoming traffic and collided with another driver, the person he hit fortunately only had minor injuries. It is still unknown if he was drunk at the time.

Three days later, someone begins posting screenshots of messages between a 14 year old and Eric Thornton, and videos of Eric speaking to teens in Snapchat groups.

In these screenshots Eric talks about his peepee to this 14 year old , says he would take her out if she was 16 , and tells her how to masturbate and offers to finger her himself.

He also sends amazing selfies to the teens like this.

The person posting these things on the To Catch a Predator shares that they had met Eric Thornton on some chat site called Mini Chat (?), and she and her teenage friends were talking to him to collect "evidence" against him. I don't know what that really means considering they had enough on him to get him sent back to prison and did nothing, so I assume they were actually just fricking with him for fun.

Mini chat! It's just like Omegle. Me and my group found him on there but we never knew he was on tcap, we just knew he was a predator. After a day later getting all this info out of him, my friend looked him up on google and found offender charges and we confronted him and he blocked us all, and we were like we can't end it here, because he could just go on mini chat and talk to other children. So we found a way to get him back and it sort of became a thing for him. Talking to teenagers, which is crazy. The stuff he did in the group chat is unthinkable. We are underage (15-17) and we look for predators on mini-chat. Eric is one we would never forget though. His life was very depressing but somehow it always revolved around a child, and on mini-chat he was very s3xual. He was playing with his g3nitals on there when we met him. No stopping or nothing. It was non stop.
