Been a while since I played any of them. I do like Morrowind's setting and atmosphere, but Oblivion is probably my favorite ES overall. Leveling aside, I really enjoy its side quests, music and especially the Shivering Isle expansion for making all the infamously neurodivergent NPCs and their dialogue look like they truly belong there.
With that said, Skyrim's the only one I'd still play.
If only because the combat is, comparatively, slightly less shit, has a much bigger mod library and with the Edition it's also less prone to crashing and save corruption. In my experience at least.
I think Oblivion (with mods to remove the r-slurred leveling system) is the sweet spot. But I can see the argument for Morrowind if it was updated to be less janky

More sad are these we daily see: “They do it, for free.”

You know, maybe despite g*mers having a birthright to scantily clad prostitutes in their vidya, this really is quite silly when you look at it as a well adjusted member of society
Welcome, outlander, to the halls of House Dagoth, the Sixth House of rdrama, a place without filthy n'wahs and s'wits. Here, amidst the ancient corridors echoing with the whispers of the past, the insatiable thirst for drama fuels the Heart Lorkhan. Delve into the mysteries that lie within, challenge the accepted narratives, and find your place amongst the disciples of Dagoth Ur. As the lost Sixth House reborn on the ashes of the Red Mountain, we beckon the curious, the ambitious, and the unyielding. We will prove that the current houses are nothing but dogs of the empire

Oblivion had cool quests but the combat felt like you were repeatedly bonking dinosaurs with a cardboard tube
Skyrim had improved(ish) combat at the expense of, well, everything else

I started, but never finished, Morrowind. A really magical experience.
I got in seriously starting Oblivion, and was blew away at the freedom inside and outside of the game. Hated the leveling system.
I really like Skyrim. It was mostly an upgrade over Oblivion, and the mods made it even better.
