Mamala didn't go on Rogan because of backlash in her progressive staff :marseyemojilaugh:

"There was a backlash with some of our progressive staff that didn't want her to be on it, and how there would be a backlash," Palmieri said on Wednesday."

I believe that her staff was coping and seething and dilating. But, the real reason is that Klam absolutely cannot handle 3 hours of unscripted jibber jabber. She fricking blew it with softball questions her staff would have prepped her for during overly friendly interviews. Not that I think Bro Jogan would have been hostile, he's pretty open to any ole nonsense

:t::h::i::s:

The Democrats didn't have anyone, Slow Joe, Kamkam, or Walz, that could handle a live and unscripted conversation. They spent the entire campaign having to try to hide their candidates from interview questions while a bloodied Trump was out there pumping his fist after being shot at.

I mostly agree with this, but I think there's a possibility he could have brought out the more real copmala who would shoot any burglars and probably has a love/hate relationship with California that he'd identify with. If the election actually hinged on undecideds and independents as we've repeatedly been told don't matter, it may have really benefited her. Probably not though, with Fetterman as an example.

I hate to say it, but even with several r-slurations, I think Trump and Vance came across REALLY good on Rogan, probably vote influencing.

My mom texted me a play by play of the Rogan interview and she didn't even really know who Rogan was

"wow I had no idea JD Vance was so cool"

Vance especially. Apart from a really weird (lol) bit where they both talk about how good Trump looks, anyone who watched it should be past any "weird" accusations and the donut shop video. He did the perfect amount of swearing, and his story about his kids swearing was some real griller shit. Sometimes politicians drop naughty words and it feels like this awkward, calculated release, but it really felt like that "just having a conversation" Rogan always brags about. Him walking around his personal views vs his political team stance was really good too, I rarely see politicians admit that, but he still stuck with Republicans and Trump.

Yeah Vance was great on Rogan, actually changed my mind about him (I never heard him talk before that I just heard he had s*x with a sofa). Trump sounded like a rambling incoherent mess but at least he just talked off the cuff for 3 hours which is something no modern politician, even intelligent likeable ones, would ever attempt.

It's possible that one really great interview that millions of people watched could have turned her campaign around. But to do so with Rogan she'd have to open up, as you suggested, and I'm skeptical that she could ever switch off her political robot mode.

Yeah, I'm not sure she could turn it off even if she tried.

If she hit an absolute fatty with Rogan and starting talking about Ayy Lmao disclosure and giving everyone sauna access she might have won
