I think this is the last A24 film I enjoyed. Its a pretty fricked movie but I'd recommend it.

I really didn't get this movie. It has interesting cinematography, decent dialogue, but then throws in some gross-out scenes and doesn't seem like it really goes anywhere. I think it was trying too hard to be deep.

I think its a good movie about the cycle of abuse and evil that exists in pornography. The main character isa predator willing to use anyone for his own selfish needs. Its a good movie not a fun movie; There is no happy ending, you witness the beginning of another womans ruin and the cycle repeats .

I think it did show that (which was refreshing in a way), it just didn't really work it into the structure and plot of the film.Strawberry is shown to be already corrupt, he's not actually the one driving that. And the wife turns out to be a prostitute, too. So it's mostly his personality that's supposed to be objectionable.
