I actually like all Brosnan Bonds, even if GoldenEye is the only truly goood one.
I can view them as products of their time (especially the last one) and find them fun and entertaining,
Speaking of World is not Enough, I really like Bond shooting Elektra, she deserved it but most other films would leave her alive because female villains are treated with kid gloves.

That's one of the standout moments of the film.
1. Subverted expectations and was relatively brutal.
2. Complex moment for Bond internally, how he views women and his duty (because he viewed her as another damsel in distress)
3. The lead up to it was extremely tense and well executed.
...the scene where he goes OUTSIDE the submarine can go frick itself tho.
