She sells custom switch plates (ranging from $22-$62) among other things. It says she's had 9035 sales since 2018.

Even if we're being extremely generous and say all of those sales are for the top dollar custom plates it comes to just over $560k. That's little over $93k per year over 6 years. Nowhere near $720 per hour.

It's fine as a fun hobby and for making some spending money on the side, but this shit rarely works out to big bucks in the long run.

I 3D printed a plate in roughly the same color filament as my wall paint. Now that it's fixed, I can't be bothered to get a “real” plate.

And making templates…. And ordering ink and maintaining shit… and making/stealing/buying the designs… and all the research necessary for all the above
