god Civil War was r-slurred

Civil War did a very good job of making war journ*lists look annoying as all heck. I couldn't stop thinking about how irritating it would be to be a soldier and then have to constantly wrangle those r-slurs as they trip you up and give your position away.

Imagine you're stacked up with your battle buddies and all the sudden some journo gets into the stack aiming a camera at the enemy instead of a gun. You have to constantly tell the r-slur to get down or get out of the way. You're tempted to just dome them and blame it on the enemy but instead you just sort of let them run out into the line of fire and have nature run its course.

Fatt Damon was the only good character in the movie. As soon as the chink outs himself as foreign journo trash, he gives him a bullet lmao. And the fat frick black dude (how the frick you still fat in a civil war and NOT a villain?), what did that useless frick even do the entire time?

Plus them paying with canadian money like it actually means anything and canada wouldn't be a geopolitical hostage by that point in the movie. B-word, 5 frickin people with handguns could take over that entire kitty country.

I expected something way better from Alex Garland than that boring rubbish. I regret going to the movies to watch it.

I think it says something the a24 le artsy slow burn kino has a script on oar with if not worse then the avengers movie of the same name

Even if he means the apology, does it really matter at this point? Would you forgive Hitler if he repented? Even if maanu123 fixes things and brings real, juicy cringe to the sub for us to feast, let me ask you this again. How many lives would Hitler have to save for you to forgive his transgressions?

Above all else, he doesn't seem to have learned his lesson. Do you really want the full force of Cringetopia coming at you again Lawlz? I didn't think so. I think you should outline your failures and send INDIVIDUAL apologies to those you harmed, a general apology to ALL of Reddit, and an acknowledgment of how your unearned karma that you know you STOLE from the average redditor is illegitimate and should be forfeited if possible.

I actually started to tear up at the end. I understand the position you're in Lawlz, I really do, but some things can't be forgiven. You can "forgive" your partner for sleeping with another woman. You can also "forgive" your partner for drunkenly groping your daughter while you were at work. These things have a very, very small scale of victims and don't really bring the world down a lot. You have chosen to commit a much greater sin. Reddit is one of the PREMIER social media platforms with many users being doctors, lawyers, and journ*lists. You have sabotaged a group of highly educated individuals that see right through your manipulation and gaslamping tactics.

In conclusion, I tend to lead to the sensitive side with a penchant for forgiveness, but today? I... WE are pushing back against my tendencies.
