Bojack Horseman seems like it was the quintessential millenial show

What do you think of it, years later?

I couldn't finish it, it just seemed like it dragged. With some tighter editing I think I would have finished it but I have no attention span.

I like jewish humor usually but there's one kind i don't like: hollywood reference humor. Where the entire :quote: joke :quote: is that someone in hollywood exists and that we know who these people are and wow isnt that crazy how many D list celebrities there are?

Bojack is full of that nonsense. I havent watched much TV lately but when i do i tend to watch a show to completion once I've invested a few episodes unless it's completely boring and unstimulating. The first season is the worst, and it does get a little better, but basically you suffer through 5.5 seasons of not great comedy; for this you get a payoff of 2 or 3 really good episodes on the back half of the final season. The show is at its best when the show takes a serious tone. But 90% of the show is not that, and a lot of the remaining 10% is too self-pitying to enjoy

Yeah. There  was so much in-group Hollywood masturbation :marseycoomer2: in the show that it was off-putting.
