Bojack Horseman seems like it was the quintessential millenial show

What do you think of it, years later?

I couldn't finish it, it just seemed like it dragged. With some tighter editing I think I would have finished it but I have no attention span.

It started off really nicely and then degraded. Balance between comedy and drama is difficult enough (unless you're Scrubs and the setting itself can just provide le deep serious moment on demand), but in the later seasons, the writers really went off the rails and started hitting you over the head with how bad Bojack is and how he's to blame for everything ever

they legitimately were furious people dared to like bojack, and they got more and more desperate to hammer it into the viewer's skulls as artlessly as possible that WHITE HORSE MAN BAD

meanwhile diane can just take advantage of everyone in her life while being the most toxic b-word on earth and the only permitted reaction is slay queen

Dukat being casually murdered :marseyklennyrip: and then having his corpse :marseyazov: possessed :marseysharingan: would :marseymid: be a better :marseygenetakovic: ending. Then again, mentioning that, even for Cardassia, the Bajoran occupation was horrifically and pointlessly brutal :marseyshredded: and show how mast other Cardassian worlds :marseyprincesszelda1: aren't shitholes like Bajora was and Dukat was just a psycho.
