I only just got around to finally seeing this Honestly it reminded me of the other Matrix sequels. There were some cool aspects but like 2 and 3 it kinda gets bogged down in an overly convoluted storyline and just isn't very coherent. But I was giggling at the unsubtle mockery of Hollywood reboots complete with a jab at Warner Bros

Slop. Ever since they trained out the Waschowskys (whatever it's written) can't write shit.
The film felt like a parody, How I Met Your Mother guy was a lame villain, the Agent Smith actor has nothing of the original Smith's mannerisms and dialogue. Keanu Reeves can't act but he's even more wooden on his last role as Neo, Jada Pickett Smith looked like Jack Sparrow, and the 30 seconds flashback on the machine civil war was more interesting than the main plot itself.

Is The Matrix (1999) the Wachowskis only good film? I can't think of another.
V for Vendetta was great, but they didn't direct it.

Bound is great. Came before The Matrix though.

Reloaded and Revolutions were watchable even if they couldn't top the first one, personally I always loved Reloaded up to the final 30 minutes when it goes full r-slur.

Reloaded would be great if it didn't stop every 20 minutes for Neo to walk into a room and have a long boring conversation with someone. I was so hyped for it when the first film ended with Neo flying off, expecting them to go off the rails with manipulating the Matrix and whe they did it was cool but it should have been more of the film
