My foid talked me into watching this, and it was enjoyable enough. It's almost like a satire of capeshit at times. On multiple occasions, Peacemaker gets into a fistfight in a suburban parking lot. Similarly, it shows details like him parking his Mustang. "How does he get from place to place" isn't an omitted detail, the show depicts him driving around in traffic like an idiot. It feels like the showrunner saw the Avengers movies and went, "but in real life, it'd be way less cool, and way more stupid," and then made a show about that.
