Return of the jedi was just stupid overall. The prequels werent even good but had their moments. The new trilogy was somehow way worse and managed to retcon its own plot. Rogue One was actually good possibly because it didnt have superheroes in it and they were set up to die gloriously. But after The Last Jedi, the most racist film of all time, i couldnt stand to watch another star wars show

I dont know im so far gone my eyes roll back whenever someone mentions marvel or star wars. I mean theres great marvel films like Blade. Actually thats the only one i can recommend.

Battlestar Galactica is a great show. It took a goofy IP from the 70's and tried to make a serious military drama out of it.
I think you'd like Andor; it stands on its own as a sci fi story without needing to rely on Star Wars shit to be good. It's really nothing like all the other shitty Star Wars shows out there.

as a massive star wars fan (pre disney) i still maintain rogue 1 has been the only good starwars movie released so far
i'm aware of the tv shows and like carp says andor is supposed to be good but i'm still assmad over nearly everything else so maybe i'll get around to it someday who knows
