I wonder what his life is like, his wife and kids are gone, everyone hates him and thinks he's a fricking joke, the courts just ruled that his treatment of the honkers was illegal and unjustified, we literally have one of the worst economies in the G7 to the point where, by rights, we aren't even in the G7 anymore Canada settled #10 in 2023 under Italy even.

I think the rumors were that Sofie had hooked up with Idris Elba at some point, and Trudeau has been hooking up with Melanie Joly(which would explain why that moron got the foreign affairs job). Probably he surrounds himself with a small group that just tells him he's right all the time, probably the best way to explain their totally unproductive actions lately.

Mélanie Joly is pretty. I think the problems started just before the last election when they were locked up together in that cottage and there were allegations of him sleeping with one of his high schooler students… those allegations were memory holed way too quickly to not be true.

The high schooler one may be true but the one I thought was a real slam dunk was the reporter he groped at that music festival, pretty obvious why she "didn't want to pursue the matter". As to him and Sophie, I think problems may have come to a head in the cottage but it probably starts even before that. I get the feeling Sophie wanted a more public role that she was denied after they initially tried when he first won in 2015. They put her out there a few times, she got a pretty lukewarm reception, and that was that.
